Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Travacations' services. By making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms on behalf of yourself and all members of your travel party.
By accessing and using Travacations' services, website, or booking any of our travel packages, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Travacations.
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment and issuance of a written confirmation by Travacations. Verbal confirmations are not binding. The lead passenger must be at least 18 years of age and must provide accurate personal information during the booking process.
All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the departure date as specified in your booking confirmation. We accept bank transfers, UPI, and major credit/debit cards.
Any changes to confirmed bookings (such as dates, destinations, or number of travelers) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Requests for changes must be made in writing. Travacations will do its best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability. Some bookings, especially involving flights and hotels, may not be changeable.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to the cancellation charges outlined in our Cancellation Policy. Certain components of a package (such as flights and non-refundable hotel bookings) may not be refundable regardless of the timing of the cancellation. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they hold valid travel documents, including passports and visas, required for their destination. Travacations can assist with visa applications but cannot guarantee visa approvals. We are not responsible for any costs arising from a traveler's failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel. We recommend consulting a doctor before any international trip. Travacations is not liable for any medical expenses incurred during a trip. We strongly advise all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure.
Travacations acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other service providers. We are not responsible for any acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these third parties. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Travacations shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, government actions, strikes, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work to find the best alternative solutions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kannur, Kerala, India.
